Precautions to follow for the Experience
- Restrictions for ride
- Those who do not comply with the standards of experience (infants) are not allowed to enter the Experience hall (Guardians are not allowed to accompany)
- People shorter than 140 cm, and weighing more than 100 kg
- The ride is not allowed for pregnant women, drinkers, and those who have high blood pressure, recurrent dislocation, Herniated Intervertebral Disc and dizziness (anemia). - Precautions Notices
- Follow the instructions of the operating personnel for your safety during the ride experience.
- Get plenty of rest if you feel dizzy after the ride experience. - Beneficiaries of preferential fare (Document of proof is required)
- Children and adolescents (aged max. 19), patriots and veterans, military and police officers, the disabled, senior citizens (aged over 65), Basic Livelihood Security recipients - Inquiries on details of the ride experience

Photography without a flash is permitted in the museum, but photographs may only be used for private purposes. Tripods are not permitted in any part of the museum.

You can bring your own wheelchair or stroller but renting is not allowed due to COVID-19.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the museum. It is allowed to smoke only in the designated smoking area outside the building.
