Presentation of the history and industrial status of Korean aviation, as well as future lifestyle changes that will be brought by science and technology

  • It takes about 90 -120 minutes. The permanent exhibition in the National Aviation Museum is composed of the Aviation History hall, (1F), the Aviation Industry hall, (2F) and the Aviation Life hall (3F). 
     
  • Currently, we are preparing for restaurants, cafés and convenience stores for our visitors’ convenience. It is not allowed to eat inside the Exhibition hall, so please use the Picnic Zone of the third floor to consume your snack and beverages. 
     
  • Since 2017, our museum has been continuously carrying out a relics donation campaign. You can contact our Materials Management Team (02-6940-3018) for relevant inquiries. We encourage you to actively participate in our donation campaign to be able to pass down materials that are valuable to our understanding of the country’s aviation history to future generations.  
     
  • You can take pictures without using flash, a tripod or a selfie stick that may damage the exhibited objects or disturb other visitors.

  • The National Aviation Museum of Korea offers a variety of educational programs. You can find further information under the “Education” section on our Homepage. 
     
  • Yes, Aviation Experience Hall for Children on the third floor provides programs for children aged between 5-8. Children can experience airport activities alongside the character from “Super Wings.” Since the program requires previous booking, please consult further details on the relevant page on our website. 
     
  • Admission to the exhibition is free of charge. However, the Experience Hall and educational programs are paid events, so consult the relevant fare details on the appropriate page on our website.  
  • Our parking space has capacity for four big buses.
  • The Experience Halls at the National Aviation Museum provides five programs including the B747 Flight Experience / Air Traffic Control Experience, In-flight Training Experience, Aviation Leisure-sports Experience and Airport Experience for Children, and the Black Eagle VR Experience. All programs except the Black Eagle VR Experience require previous booking. You can book your desired program in the “Experience Hall” section of our Homepage.
